Wow, I couldn’t disagree more. I’ve been listening to Rahsaan’s music since 1996, and every one of his 5 albums has amazing tracks on them. Yes, I also love the first release and Rahsaan had several more tracks about “love and relationships” in those early days, but I feel if you appreciate the first album, you can also take the journey with him and take another listen to tracks like:

SOMETIMES YOU GOTTA LET GO, After Hours
SURE BOY, Love in Stereo

And have you heard his ORIGINAL holiday CD, The Ultiamte Gift – 7 original XMAS songs and they are all great.
I can go on and on and probably list at least 5 of 6 grat songs from every album he’s released since his first.
No doubt though, I have always loved the first release and still play it today because basically I’m a romantic.
