A few Super Bowl thoughts

Eli Manning is still a head scratcher. He isn’t a guy that will throw beautiful lasers. He seems to have something. Like Jim Plunkett so many years ago. Like Jim McMahon. This was one of the best NFL games that I have ever seen. The New York Giants receivers came up big, no HUGE – Tryee, Smith, Boss and Burress 5 sacks!! 5 sacks. The Giants defense played outstanding. They were GREAT. The defense carried the offense until they could make plays. They hit Brady for 60 minutes. Eli Manning – Super Bowl winning quarterback.  Wow.

When you have a billion or so in the bank, it is relatively easy to think about running for president at any time. On the other side of this election there are still some folks that are standing in the wings and may run for president. Al Gore is a name that continues to come up. I don’t think that he will run.
