VA Gov is backing down?

Well, this is interesting. Virginia governor Bob McDonnell, graduate of Regent University who wrote a great thesis about some of the craziest right-wing religious ideology ever placed on paper, has now started to soften his stance on transvaginal ultrasounds (rape) before abortions.
