Remember the put several months ago where several generals and Vice President Cheneywent to Iraq and asks the governement officials to get their act together? Do you remember that? Well, a funny thing has happened, in spite of all of the pressure that the Bush Administration has put on the Iraqi government, they have met NONE of their goals.
