NBC trying to exclude Kucinich from debate

There are lots of things that I understand and tons that I don’t. Keeping Dennis Kucinich out of the democratic debate is simply unfair. It seems that Dennis has won a court battle to be in the upcoming Nevada debate but NBC is appealing. Why?
