Update: Video from Countdown added. Keith Olbermann interviews Governor Richardson. I think that Governor Bill Richardson’s endorsement is just as big as when Hillary Clinton got endorsed by Jack Murtha (the anti-war former Marine from Pennsylvania). Richardson, who held two cabinet posts during the Clinton administration, stood with Obama today. Many believe that Richardson may help swing the Hispanic vote for Obama. I’m not so sure. I think that Richardson, like Edward Kennedy, represents an older wing of the Democratic party. They are the wise elders. Richardson makes it easier for Super Delegates to vote with their constituents. ———– From USA

This “Saturday Night Live” clip is funny. Tracy Morgan, whom I have never seen before, has some funny lines. It would have been funnier if his delivery was quicker but it is good. (Hey, it ain’t Eddie Murphy or Dan Aykroyd– Now, that was really, really funny back in da day!!)

Edward Kennedy endorses Barack Obama

As I said before, this endorsement is huge.  It means that the talking heads can finally shut up about whether Barack Obama is a viable candidate.  When Edward Kennedy puts not only his reputation on the line but the reputation of the Kennedy name, that says we are backing the candidate that we believe has the best message, the best opportunity to bring America forward in this troubled time. ——- From WaPo: Sen.
