Congratulations, Glenn Greenwald. Glenn Greenwald challenged both Barack Obama and Keith Olbermann over this FISA legislation. The bottom line, as Glenn pointed out, was that Barack Obama stood firmly against immunity for the telecom companies during the primaries. Tom Delay gets indicted?

According to today’s WashingtonPost.com – “A Texas grand jury on Wednesday charged Rep. Tom DeLay and two political associates with conspiracy in a campaign finance scheme, forcing the House majority leader to temporarily relinquish his post.” The twists and turns of Delay’s TRAMPAC are well documented by the Texas Observer (author Lou Debose almost single-handedly kept this story alive).
