I love NASA. I know that Representative Gifford’s husband is on this mission and the media will try to play this up. I’m happy that Gabby is improving but this is about the shuttle. Visit msnbc.com for Breaking News, World News, and News about the Economy From AP: The space shuttle Discovery and its seven astronauts took a cross-country detour and landed safely in California on Friday after stormy weather kept them from returning home to Florida for the second day in a row.
