Law and order in Gaza has never been a real solid concept.  Now, Fatah is fighting Hamas for control of what?  Just Crazy.  Together they could negotiate with Israel.  Right now, if Israel wanted to talk who would they talk to?  No one is truly in control.  Who has the ear of the people?  Man, this is ugly.
