LRM I think that there are a lot of great things/themes in this commercial. First of all, I think it shows that we are all Americans. As Americans, we can still get along and love each other even if we don’t agree on every stinking detail. Secondly, it does underscore the theme of family.remember, liberals are supposed to “hate” families. Thirdly, I think it shows that there could be an alliance between liberals and some tea partiers. We really do have their best interest at heart. Most of them are lower class/middle-class Americans who are struggling. They are exactly the folks that liberals are supposed to be fighting for.
