“Katrina exposed serious problems in our response capability at all levels of government and to the extent the federal government didn’t fully do its job right, I take responsibility,” Bush said. What? Is this a new political move? Or a new game To Tell the Truth?

The Bush adminstration took the unusual more to accept Brown’s resignation from FEMA. Brown is still on the payroll at FEMA however. Why? He is on Capital Hill now pointing fingers at everyone but himself in his testimony. It is interesting that he blames the democratic governor and mayor but no one in Mississippi. Alabama and Florida. It seems that local communities in Mississippi and Alabama had the same problems with a lack of response, no communication equipment and no food and water after the hurricane.
The truth…..Webster defines truth as….”conformity to fact”. Maybe Bush is accepting responsibility. But let’s look at it this way… Bush is a “man” that messed up. So….you apologize (accept blame) and buy something (Debit Cards) and usually all is forgiven & forgotten.
