Nothing can be rolled out of this White House without a slogan. Today’s slogan is Surge and Accelerate. I know that the surge stands for more troops. I’m not sure what the accelerate stands for? Warp speed? Fast withdrawal? I’m not sure. All I know is that this White House has been a disaster. I can’t think of one major policy that has worked for the American people. I’m almost sure that this will be more of the same.

You are absolutely right! This sloganeering got us started in this mess; remember “Shock & Awe”? This administration is more interested in Madison Avenue-type PR than actual results. Unfortunately, this is also how these folks get elected. The American voting public has the attention-span of a gnat and cannot deal with those pesky details.
nice comment JT. We’ve had tons of slogans. If the administration would put half the amount of effort that they put into the slogans, actually into policy,we would have a functioning government, New Orleans would be well on their way to recovery and Afghanistan would be a Jeffersonian democracy.
