17 Innings

Baseball fans may have noticed a 17 inning game in Houston Saturday evening. The Mets beat the Astros 5-3.

I was there from start to finish. It took just over five hours to play.

The only athlete I know of who has spoken out against the War in Iraq is Mets first baseman Carlos Delgado. Delgado hit a home run. I was glad to see it.
