Robin Williams on Obama and Bush

The greatness of Robin Williams should not be understated. Back when cable was new, a friend and I, being in college, were slightly inebriated and we watched Robin Williams' HBO special, Comedy Faster Than the Speed of Thought. We almost blew out double hernias laughing so hard. It was painful. Unlike some other comedians, Robin Williams has never lost the ability to do standup. He has this stream of consciousness that is simply amazing to watch. Here he is on some show that I've never heard of, introduced by one of my favorite comedic actors John Cleese of Monty Python fame.

One of the great lines from this stand up is, "Where did they get Sarah Palin? Did Ronald Reagan and Posh Spice have a child?"

Pretty sad when the heavyweight Democratic 'thinkers' are Robin Williams, Jon Stewart, Al Franken.........

Actually, I think that Al Franken is a great thinker. As a graduate from Harvard his last 2 books have been highly influential. As I mentioned in the introduction of my book, Franken used data to proven that we could fight back against Hannity, O'Reilly and the gang. Franken was one of the people who inspired me to write my book. BTW, it was you and not not me who said that Robin Williams and Jon Stewart were whatever. Not me. I posted Robin Williams video because it was funny and it is. You are the one who is trying to make it into something that it is not.

Now, I will say that Elizabeth Warren is a great democratic thinker.
