Claude Monet – Water Lilies

So there seems to be this Facebook challenge to try to get less political nonsense and more beauty in the posts. This is Claude Monet‘s famous “Water Lilies.” As everyone knows, Monet was part of a “new” group of artists who exploded onto the scene in the mid-1870s and early 1880s. There was Degas, Renoir, and Van Gogh. There were several others, but these were the main guys. They are the heart of impressionism. I love the impressionists.
